If you are coming to yoga from work, we offer changing rooms. We also provide mats, blocks and other props. Water and Specialty juice ( Alo juices ) are available for sale (50 cents-$2).
Please be on time for class. The yoga studio is on the 2nd floor, and we must lock the doors to the shoppe when class times are during hours in which the shoppe is closed.

Classes are forming now!!! Reiki level I and II will be offered in April 2014.
These weekend workshops are taught by Reiki Master/Teacher Allison Williams-Ball, CRNP, MSN and Master/Teacher Beth Williams-Leroy, RN.
Reiki I & II Saturday 9-5 pm and Sunday Practicum from 1-4pm. Book included. Cost is $150/student. Reiki level I focuses on self-healing and the direct healing of others. There will be instruction on Reiki, Reiki history and how to perform Reiki. Saturday class will conclude with the level I attunement and practical hands-on session. Sunday will be Reiki level II, symbols, and level II atunement with hands-on sessions.
Together, we will journey through the beginning levels of Reiki!
Level II AM Yoga with Lisa
A 75 minute practice including asana and pranayama (yogic breathing techniques) with intermediate and advanced variations given as options for poses throughout. Great for students with some yoga experience wishing to delve deeper into the philosophy of yoga and the possibilities it offers us for our bodies and our lives Mondays at 5:30pm and Fridays at 10am.
Beginner Vinyasa Flow with Allison
This flowing style yoga class takes you through many yoga asanas or poses including standing, sitting and balance poses. We will gently move to increase strength and balance while stretching all of our muscles. The last 10 minutes of class are devoted to relaxation and guided meditation. Incorporating breath and movement, this beginner level class will leave you feeling stronger and stress free! Questions encouraged! 75 minutes. New to Yoga? Come join us!!! Slow Flow PM Yoga with Allison
Truly the yin and the yang, energizing and calming. This Yoga practice will lead us through warming postures followed by restorative postures. 30 minute sitting/standing sequences with warming Sun Salutations will be followed by 45 minutes of Restorative, long held postures and Savasana or Relaxation. Suitable for all levels. Wednesdays at 7pm
Power Yoga with Autumn
This Sampoorna style class focuses on the core. Challenging and inigorating. This fun class will strengthen you and leave you focused and challenged. Come experience the energy! This class is full of good vibes, laughs and challenges. 75 minutes. Thursdays at 6pm
Yoga with Bret
This class focuses on strength, balance, and alignment. We explore common poses by practicing variations of each one, effectively exposing the underlying actions and positions necessary to move deeper, safely. This is an excellent class to help you strengthen the foundations of your practice. Drop ins welcome! 75 minutes.Wednesdays at 4pm
Level II Yoga with Janet
Increase your strength, flexibility, and cardio function in this flow style class. Participants should feel comfortable with Level 1 poses and be interested in expanding their experience. Each class is tailored to meet the students’ physical needs as related to the instructor. Adaptations and modifications are presented so that all bodies are happy and safe. Some sun salutations, but exploring a variety of poses. 75 minutes with the last 10 in Savasana. Drop ins welcome! Tuesdays at 6pm
Restorative Flow Yoga with Janet
Soft tunes and gentle but effective stretching of muscles and opening of joints. Let the stress of the day be massaged out of your body, while cleansing body and mind with deep breathing. Postures move between floor and standing, and we will utilize props to support and open the body making the practice accessible to many body types and conditions. Some yoga knowledge helpful. 75 minutes. Drop-ins welcome! Thursdays at 4:30pm
Vinyasa Flow Yoga Level 1-2 with Allison
This more moderately paced class is full of sun salutations! Taught on Wednesdays. We will move through sitting, standing and balance poses working on our core strength. Incorporating breath and movement, this intermediate level class will leave you invigorated and relaxed. The last 10 minutes will be a guided meditation and final relaxation. 75 minutes. Saturday Flow-For-All with Allison or Janet
Wake up, and come enjoy a rejuvenating, work-week-busting, weekend-prepping yoga practice. Let your positive energy and body flow in this class designed for all levels with the use of modifications. Gentle warm-up, followed by standing flows, and seated postures, 10 minute integrative relaxation. 75 mintues .Drop in's welcome! Saturdays at 10am.
Level II Vinyasa Flow PM Yoga with Allison
For intermediate students with experience. This more vigorously-paced class will include Sun Salutations, standing poses,balance poses, inversions, twists, strength moves,restorative poses, pranayama and seated meditation. 90 minutes. Sundays from 6-7:30pm
Happy Hour Yoga with Allison
De-stress and unwind with this flowing yoga class. We will leave the stress at the door and flow through sun salutations, standing, sitting and lying poses ending with Savasana to get you ready for your weekend! 75 minutes. Drop-ins welcome! Beginner Friendly. $5 Happy Hour discount. 75 minutes. Fridays at 5pm.

Prenatal Yoga with Janet
Suitable for all trimesters, this flowing yoga class will help you connect with your body and your baby. Excellent for the Mommy-to-Be. 75 minutes. Physician permission is required. Schedule to be announced.
Gentle Yoga with Janet
This class is suitable for students who need a more gentle yoga class with props and modifications. Great for those with arthritis or other health issues.This class makes yoga accessible to all bodies in all conditions. Thursdays at 11am. 60 minutes

For students new to yoga or those who want to learn more. An introduction to the fundamentals of yoga practice including Yoga Pose alignment, Pranayama (breathing), philosophy, meditation, and relaxation.This is for the student who would like to expand their knowledge of yoga to include philosophy and meditation. This series of 6 classes will teach you all about yoga, increase strength and flexibility, release tension, and improve balance, posture and concentration leaving you relaxed and strenghtened. 7:30-9pm Thursdays Class size limited to 8 students ages 18 and up. While this is a Beginner class it is not for those with health restrictions. Students must be able to get up and down from the floor easily and be cleared to exercise by a physician. Yoga Therapy with Janet
Yoga Therapy begins with an individual assessment of body strength, flexibility and motion patterns. A personalized prescription is then developed with the client, which will empower the individual to progress toward improved health and well-being through the application of the philosophy and practice of yoga.
