Metta Yoga of DuBois is a welcoming community for beginning and experienced yogis in Dubois. We offer a variety of different yoga styles that are perfect for students of all skill levels and body types. Our daily offerings include , vinyasa, restorative yoga, Kripalu yoga, and meditation. At Metta Yoga of DuBois, we encourage you to live your yoga on and off the mat!

We have 3 Registered Yoga Teachers ( RYT)at Metta Yoga of DuBois, Each RYT has 200 + hours of training, continuing education and years of experience. The only Yoga studio in DuBois with trained and certified teachers.

All skill levels are welcome at Metta Yoga of DuBois. If you are new to yoga, this is a great place to begin your practice in Dubois. Bring your mat, an open mind, and a willingness to discover new possibilities. We recommend wearing athletic clothing that allows you to move comfortably. Our experienced instructors provide assists to support your practice and help you move freely into the full expression of each pose. You are welcome to try any class at Metta Yoga of DuBois. Please be aware that the pacing may be a bit faster in an advanced-levels class and our instructors do not always teach modifications. We encourage you to do as much as you feel comfortable doing and know that you can take child’s pose at any time.
Our skillful instructors help experienced yogis go deeper in their practice while respecting individual needs. We encourage all yogis to move towards a mindful practice that balances the physicality of asanas with breath work and meditation. Whether you are new to yoga or have made it a part of your lifestyle for many years, we invite you to enter the studio with a beginner’s mind and be open to the possibilities of your practice.
At Metta Yoga of DuBois, we practice the intention of yoga by treating everyone with respect and love. Our instructors have a diverse background in yogic philosophy, structural alignment, body sculpt, injury recovery, and nutrition. We are passionate about helping students deepen their mind/body connection, detoxify their bodies, heal from past physical injuries and emotional trauma, and empower personal growth.
